Professional Association Membership

There are several Professional Association Memberships that Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. is a current member of: the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), the Capitol Association of Building Service Contractors (CABSC), and the Property Management Association (PMA).

BSCAI is an international organization dedicated to the service contracting industry. Members are kept abreast of market values in equipment, techniques and upplies and are kept apprised of cost effectiveness and insutry innovations. Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. is proud to be recognized for outstanding service in BSCAI's annual publication, "Who's Who in Building Sevice Contracting".

CABSC is a local organization of over forty building service companies and associated industry representatives who are committed to solving local problems for the betterment of the consuming public. Createdin 1968, CABSC provides building service contractors a forum for exchange of ideas and experiences and develops a mutual respect and cooperation throughout the industry.

PMA is an independent nonprofit organization founded in 1952 to serve the National Capital area's property management community. Its goal is to provide a means for the practical education of those responsible for managing real estate. Members of PMA are property managers and associate members that provide products and services that property management firms need. As an Associate Member of PMA, Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. has access to, and the support of, a wide network of expertise in the property management industry.
