Deborah established Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. in 1987. With a background in Business Administration and having spent her career in the custodial service industry, Deborah was able to successfully build Associated into a multi-disciplinary, full service contract cleaning company. Through dedicated work, a commitment to quality and ambition, Associated now employs just over 1,100 employees and cleans over sixteen million square feet daily. Aside from being a visionary leader, she is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and financial operations.
Deborah has received the Top MBE Award in both 2009 and 2013 in honor of being one of the Top 100 Minority Business Enterprises in the Mid-Atlantic Region. She was also featured in Forbes in an article called Maryland Women in Business for her achievements in building a successful woman-owned janitorial company.
Vice President / General Manager
Harry established Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. in 1987 alongside Deborah. With over 40 years of industry and management experience, Harry leads the operations and sales team on a daily basis to further advance the company’s growth. As the General Manager, Harry is responsible for structuring personnel to work efficiently and effectively to provide above quality services. Directly oversees project budgets, revenue and cost elements to assure profitability and strategically aligns vendors to remain competitive. Above all, he is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and quality performance.
Chief Financial Officer
Stacy joined Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. in 2006. With a background in Business Administration and Accounting, Stacy directs and oversees the financial management of Associated. As the CFO, she is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the organizations fiscal function and performance. Above all, her most critical role is to evaluate and advise on the organizations short and long term financial goals.

Kurt joined Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. in 1989. With over 35 years of industry and management experience, Kurt is essential in office functionality through various administrative, financial, and managerial tasks. Kurt specializes in automating administrative functions and reports in order to streamline processes and create consistencies. He is responsible for the execution of new contract start ups.
Director of Operations
Joseph joined Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. in 2004. With over 14 years of industry and management experience, Joseph works closely with all Regional Managers to ensure contract compliance including assisting in hiring, retention, security screening, training, safety, inventory control and equipment repair. He has been successful in the startup and maintenance of multiple projects ensuring that performance metrics are met and communicated with corporate management. Joseph completed the Building Wellness GS-42 Certification training program.
Field Operations Manager
Kevin joined Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. in 1999. With over 25 years of industry experience, Kevin has become proficient in building service operations. He works directly with the Director of Operations and Regional Managers to provide operational support in the field to ensure contractual requirements are met. Kevin is responsible for the management of budgets, supply and equipment inventory and operational schedules. He remains steadfast in maintaining effective communication, team building and employing methods that perpetually compliment moral. Kevin completed the Building Wellness GS-42 Certification training program.
Quality Assurance Manager
Heidi joined Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. in 2017. With over 10 years of industry experience, Heidi inspects and sets standards for the quality, health, and safety of custodial and building related services. She serves as an important component in the overall customer satisfaction, quality assurance and completion of all contract specifications of Associated’s clientele. She is responsible for the personnel training, safety program implementation and compliance of regulations.
Sales / Operations Administrator
Julie joined Associated Building Maintenance., Inc. in 2002. With over 22 years of industry experience, Julie serves as a critical liaison between clients and Associated and assists the operations team in executing new contracts. She is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through client visits. Julie ensures contract fulfillment through introducing quality control, training, and environmentally sound cleaning programs. She instituted the Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services (GS-42) for Associated and continuously ensures compliance with the GS-42 Certification. Julie completed the Building Wellness GS-42 Certification training program.
Business Development Executive
Courtney joined Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. in 2017. With a background in Business Administration and experience in marketing and customer service, Courtney overlooks all marketing material and assists in the advancement of Associated’s business development. Courtney is responsible for overseeing all on-line marketing platforms. She develops in-house proposals, identifies new sales leads, and maintains relationships with potential and current clients.
Bibiana joined Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. in 2018. With over 10 years of administrative and office support experience, Bibiana ensures efficient operation of the office. She provides administrative support to managers and employees through various tasks related to communication and organization.
