Deborah Zagami established Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. over 30 years ago, and through dedicated work with an unparalleled commitment to quality, she has guided Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. from a small contract cleaning company to a multidisciplinary, full service contract cleaning company. She manages daily administrative and financial operations and oversees the company's vision and growth.
Harry Zagami
Vice President / General Manager
Harry Zagami has over 30 years of industry experience and has managed custodial operations for many facilities. He manages the office operations and sales, and he maintains close relationships with industry players and equipment and supply vendors. He also played a key role in founding Paint Correction by Associated, an automotive detailing and paint correction company.
Stacy Lanzaron
Chief Financial Officer
Stacy has been with Associated for 10+ years. She oversees the financial management and is responsible for preparing and delivering statements and reports that summarize the company’s financial activity to the President and General Manager. Additionally she is responsible for processing payroll.
Pam Crist
Accounting/Human Resources Assistant
Pam has over 20+ years of experience and provides support to our CFO with payroll, insurance, employee verification, background checks for new hires, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Kurt Bender, CBSE
Vice President of Sales
Kurt Bender has over 25 years of management and custodial industry experience, and has been involved in all phases of contracts from the phase-in to the phase-out. Kurt specializes in automating administrative functions and reports in order to streamline processes, create consistencies, and minimize errors.
Joseph Stamler
Director of Operations
Joseph Stamler has over 10 years of experience in all phases of custodial work. Joe supervises Regional Managers, and he is responsible for contract compliance, including assisting in hiring and retention, security screening, training, safety, inventory control, and equipment repair. His experience includes Operations Management as well.
Kevin Carter
Field Operations Manager
Kevin has over 20 year’s experience in the custodial industry. Kevin is responsible for the training and performance monitoring of our employees to ensure they’re working effectively and efficiently. He also provides a direct customer service experience by regularly visiting customer facilities to perform thorough quality inspections.
Heidi Franco
Quality Assurance Manager
Heidi started her career in the janitorial services industry as a building supervisor. Her years of experience in the field have helped her in her current position as the Quality Control Manager. Heidi coordinates inspections throughout the DC, Maryland and Virginia markets on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction. This is our proactive approach to ensure that each and every building exceeds our clients expectations on a consistent basis.
Julie Burch
Sales/Operations Administrator
Julie Burch has over 20 years of experience in the custodial industry and customer support. She provides sales and operations support by ordering supplies, maintaining records, and visiting customers to listen to their needs and keep the lines of communication open.
Franco Aguillon
Senior Account Executive
Franco has over 25 years in sales and account management experience. He is well acquainted with being the link between the client and the company he represents, with a clear understanding, that the focal point of any business relationship are the client's needs. He has enjoyed a career in account management, supply chain, and client services. These experiences have afforded him the skills to undertake critical deadlines while being responsive to the fundamental commitments of any partnership.

Business Development Executive
Courtney brings over 6 years of customer service and over 3 years of marketing experience to our team, along with her expertise in social media marketing, website development, and advertising.
Bibiana Vasconez
Administrative Assistant
Bibi has over 10 years of administrative and office support experience. She brings her diverse background and experience to our industry with great passion. She’s a great multi-tasker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She serves as liaison between management, sales, and clients.
