President
Deborah Zagami established Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. over 25 years ago, and through dedicated work with an unparalleled commitment to quality, she has guided Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. from a small contract cleaning company to a multidisciplinary, full service contract cleaning company. She manages daily administrative and financial operations and oversees the company's vision and growth.
Harry Zagami
Vice President / General Manager
Harry Zagami has over 30 years of industry experience and has managed custodial operations for many facilities. He manages the office operations and sales, and he maintains close relationships with industry players and equipment and supply vendors. He also played a key role in founding Paint Correction by Associated, an automotive detailing and paint correction company.
Stacy Lanzaron
Chief Financial Officer
Stacy oversees the financial management of Associated. She is responsible for preparing and delivering statements and reports that summarize the company’s financial activity to the President and General Manager. Additionally she is responsible for processing payroll.
Pam Crist

Kurt Bender, CBSE
Vice President of Sales
Kurt Bender has over 25 years of management and custodial industry experience, and has been involved in all phases of contracts from the phase-in to the phase-out. Kurt specializes in automating administrative functions and reports in order to streamline processes, create consistencies, and minimize errors.
Roselyn Vitalos
Administrative Assistant
Roselyn Vitalos provides administrative support to the President and General Manger. She is an experienced and results-oriented Administrative Assistant with proven abilities in developing positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
Joseph Stamler
Director of Operations
Joseph Stamler has over 10 years of experience in all phases of custodial work. Joe supervises Regional Managers, and he is responsible for contract compliance, including assisting in hiring and retention, security screening, training, safety, inventory control, and equipment repair. His experience includes Operations Management as well.
Kevin Carter
Field Operations Manager
Kevin has over 20 year’s experience in the custodial industry. Kevin is responsible for the training and performance monitoring of our employees to ensure they’re working effectively and efficiently. He also provides a direct customer service experience by regularly visiting customer facilities to perform thorough quality inspections.
Heidi Franco

Julie Burch
Sales/Operations Administrator
Julie Burch has over 20 years of experience in the custodial industry and customer support. She provides sales and operations support by ordering supplies, maintaining records, and visiting customers to listen to their needs and keep the lines of communication open.
Jon Khlok
Director of Sales and Marketing
Jon has 15+ years of sales experience and brings his expertise to our team. He started with the Associated team as the Quality Control Manager and now acts as the liaison between our existing and new clients.
Barbara Harshberger, Retired on January 31, 2017
Account Executive
Barbara Harshberger has 25 years of experience generating contracts and expanding business for Associated. She provides business development and drives sales and business leads; she also maintains good customer relations and communicates regularly with customers about their needs.
