Our QAP uses iPads and iPhones to access a cloud based program that acts as your real-time dashboard by tracking our service. Inspectors will use their iPads to integrate ratings, photos, descriptions, and GPS locations (accurate to a few meters) into their daily inspection reports. The reported information generates an inspection summary tracking overall performace.
This approach to Quality Assurance is proactive as opposed to reactive; our goal is to identify and resolve the issue at its onset. Proper documentation, real life examples, and trend tracking enhance our knowledge. We use this information to establish a course of action and incorporate this into the current and future training of our employees. We constantly search for ways to improve.
