Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. believes nothing is more important than the safety and health of our clients and employees. We will continue to comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations. Our safety moto, "Our work is never so urgent, nor our schedule so important that care cannot be taken to avoid injury", has become the keystone of our safety program.
Due to our emphasis on safety, Associated has created a partnership with our insurance company to create a Safety Committee. Our Safety Committee works to reduce opportunities for accidents or injuries. Associated's Safety Committee ensures compliance with:
- OSHA laws and regulations
- Bloodborne Pathogen Requirements
- HCS (Hazard Communication Standards)
- MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
Our On-Site Supervisors conduct daily safety inspections to ensure that safety rules are followed. The inspections include:
