Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. is a 100% woman owned company located in Crofton, Maryland. Incorporated in 1987, we have been in business for 22 years with over 550 employees cleaning 7.5 million square feet daily in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. We bring to the marketplace over 70 years of combined experience in the Janitorial field.

We are currently cleaning a very wide variety of accounts, from hospital environments to office complexes to car dealerships. The services we perform include general contract cleaning, window and carpet cleaning, snow removal, floor stripping and other building related services such as minor repairs and maintenance.

Our mid-size company has grown from a small janitorial service cleaning two or three locations to a well established and professional firm cleaning over 100 locations. We owe our success over the past years to the same philosophy we believed in when we founded the company: providing a quality service, offering competitive prices and adding a personal touch.

We feel that through an effective supervisory and management program we can motivate our personnel to provide excellent, quality service.
