Associated Building Maintenance Co., Inc. utilizes a cutting-edge Quality Control Program (QCP) that conveys information instantly. Our focus is on ease of use, transparency, and collaboration.
Every inspection is built custom to your facility. Our QCP uses iPad's and smart phones to access a cloud-based program. It acts as a real-time dashboard by tracking services. Inspectors will use their iPad or smart phone to integrate ratings, photos, descriptions, and GPS locations (accurate to a few meters) into their inspection reports. The reported information generates an inspection summary, tracking overall performance.
Associated’s QCP is proactive rather than reactive. Our goal is to identify and resolve all issues immediately. We use the feedback found during inspections to establish an appropriate course of action to improve performance. It is also utilized to improve the training of our employees.
Associated is committed to providing and proving quality. The quality of Associated's service in real-time is seen as inspections are performed complete with photos and GPS location for additional verification. Everything is documented, logged and easily accessible.
